How we use the form

I-R-A-Z Consultancy collects the parent/guardian's name, phone and email, the child's first name, date of birth and year group, school of interest and appointment choice to arrange the free assessment and discuss the results.

This information is available to the site owner for booking and follow-up. It is not used for marketing through this form or shared with the schools listed on the site. Do not include financial, medical or other sensitive information.

You can ask us to correct or delete a booking through the contact channel provided when your assessment is confirmed. The site owner can remove bookings from the booking register.

For EGA tuition requests, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, student’s first name, email, phone, tuition group, session type and preferred Sunday. With your consent, IRAZ may share these details with EGA Independent Tuition to arrange classes. This does not confirm a place or take payment.

A public business contact address and full retention policy will be added before open public registration.
